Cameras not working ?

Hi guys
I had the problem the other day where all my cameras stopped working ?
Quick call to BYD and the guy I spoke to told me to an audio reset ? Anyways with the car started press and hold down the volume control on centre consol for 10 seconds then let go ! Screens turned off and came back on and cameras all working again !
